Terms of service

By accessing the site, booking an intro call, creating an account, or subscribing to a Codar plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Services are provided by CODAR LLC, the company behind the Codar brand and codar.software.

Codar provides a software development subscription: unlimited requests (handled one at a time), delivery within your plan's turnaround, and access to a Kanban board for tracking.

Service is invite-only after an intro call and mutual fit confirmation. We may decline or end client relationships when needed to protect service quality.

You must provide accurate information when registering or booking a call. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

You may invite team members to your company account, provided they comply with these terms.

Published prices are fixed monthly fees per project, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Your active plan defines delivery speed (1, 2, or 4 business days).

The 7-day trial requires payment of your chosen plan's monthly fee, with a full refund guaranteed if you cancel by day 7.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless paused or cancelled before renewal.

You submit requests through the Kanban board or agreed channels. We work one active request at a time until completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround times are business days and depend on request clarity, external dependencies, and your plan. Reasonable revisions within scope are included; new scope may require a new request.

When fees are current, you receive rights to code and deliverables produced specifically for your project, except third-party libraries and components subject to their own licenses.

Codar retains rights to know-how, internal methods, templates, and reusable generic components not specific to your project.

Both parties protect confidential information shared in connection with the service and use it only to perform the agreement.

If a direct competitor of yours contacts us, we check with you first before proceeding, as stated on the site.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis within reasonable professional standards. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CODAR LLC's total liability for direct damages shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 12 months before the event. We exclude indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss not caused by gross negligence.

You may pause or cancel at the end of the current billing period, according to your plan.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abusive use, or breach of these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

We may update these terms or published pricing. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to CODAR LLC, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights or GDPR where applicable to users in the European Union.
